This is a highly visible freeway site in the Vadnais Heights City
Center area and is suited for mixed use development including retail,
banking, office, medical office, hotels and restaurant space. The site
is 7.18 acres in the Southeast quadrant of the freeway interchange. The
surrounding areas include a Wall Mart, Target, Festival Foods, Holiday
Inn Express, Super America, office buildings and other retail and
restaurants.
One half of the site has been sold to Timm and Associates, a
hotel developer, and is now open with a 91 room Country Inn and Suites.
The remaining portion of the site has been sold to TCM
for construction of two office buildings. TCM is a lending company
providing SBA financing.
