Victor Marketplace is a new 70,000 square
foot retail center in Hugo at the intersection of Highway 8 and Victor
Hugo Boulevard. The center is anchored by Festival Foods.
There are several other tenants in the shopping center including Red's
Savoy Pizza, Great Clips, Dunn Bros Coffee Shop, Budget Blinds and Amian
Restaurant. There are two freestanding sites in front of the
center with a full service restaurant called Blue Heron Grill and an M
and I Bank is planned for construction next year.
Hugo continues to be the number one
growth community in the east Metro area with a broad array of attractive
