Construction is expected to begin on a 94 unit apartment development on the site of the existing Woodlake Plaza shopping center at Lyndale Avenue just south of the Crosstown Highway and across the street from the former Lyndale Gardens Center.   The shopping center is vacant and awaiting the final building permits to begin demolition and construction of the Lyndale Plaza.
